As you can see from the title of this post things are still going great!

I have my second artist added to the site so now starting to think about advertising, maybe newspapers or locally in town, also business cards, not too keen on leafleting, I think that is more hastle than it is worth!
If you have got any good idea's for me please send me an email to buddhamonkey@artlover.com that would be greatly appreciated.

With regards to my little monkey, he is all smiles and conversations these days although he isnt speaking he lovesssss to make lots of noises trying to speak. AND we shaved his head!!!! hahaha he looks like a little thug. I'll tell you a bit of the back ground, he was born with lots and lots of hair and started pullign it out the sides so he ended up having lots of long hair on to and patches of bald on his sides so something had to be done.

Me and hub went down to argos, picked up some clippers and shaved his head! LOL then I did the hub's hair as well, it was such a good money saving decission.

So back to work, once monkey goes back to sleep we got to clean the WHOLE house again,too much dust is killin me... then more work on putting together a poster for advertising and find more artists woopwoop

Great update!

I am feeling very positive about things right now.

Since adding my first artist more artists are actually responding to my emails and are seeming interested in appearing on the site.

I just got off the phone with a nice gentleman who is going to email me some pictures of his artwork for me to set up a page for him later on.

Ah everything just seems to be working out at the moment.

My beautiful amazing mammy also just got a new job that she applied for so she finally has something good to smile about, a good pay rise and new colleagues.

I was going to add a picture of myself yesterday after I had made myself up, but after taking a picture of myself I realized why I'm not a photographer and decided against uploading, I was also going to add a picture of the heels but now I am just too lazy! haha. maybe another day.

I'll just put a different piece of artwork up for now as only added the one, then I', going to go and work on another piece of art cos I want my portfolio of art to get way bigger!

okay, be happy people, there is always something good around the corner... especially when everything seems to be going wrong!

Alright,

I just read through my last post and realized a say 'lovely' too much so that's going to stop now.

I have decided to be a yummy mama from now on as well so heels are out and dusted off and same goes for the make up! :)
Hubby's gonna get a shock when he comes home to a made up wifey with heels on! But he's still not getting any until the brother in law moves out so that should be a good incentive for him LOL.

On the website front not much going on, no more artists apart from the one previously mentioned, and no footfall on the site either.

I'm going to do some more scouting today send out a few more emails to see what/who I can find.

Finally a good update!

Oh wow it's been a while since I have been able to update on the actual website.

Well I have some excellent news... I have finally found another artists to appear on the website, she is extremely talented and I have finally published her page of art today! I am very excited about this, hopefully now with her on board as well I will begin to have other artists interested and once I have a few more I will be able to begin advertising for buyers and build up a bigger audience/footfall to my site. at the moment I am getting between 1 and 3 visits a day, which is more that I expected so far but we definitely want it to be a lot more.

Oh I got home from my madre's house on Sunday so had a lovely holiday of nearly 3 weeks from the usual chores of my own house, but it is lovely to be back home again.

So going to continue cracking the whip with work to find more lovely artists and then maybe not go back to work next year, you never know!

Also, I recently discovered online shopping... It's amazing, lovely to receive a package in the post a few days later, it's like receiving a present :)

Alright, no jokes for today cos I'm going to go and have some decaf tea and Berny made marble cake. maybe later though if I have time.

Long time no read

It's been a while now since I have updated this place.

Like I said before I am now at the mothers house, and it is actually like a holiday. I don't have to clean the house like I do at home... cos the step father does it, although I do clean up after myself (mostly) don't have anyone else to clean up after. and I don't really have much work to do now either because the website is all published and sent out a million emails to find artists, I am just waiting at the moment for them to get back to me.

So all I have been doing is making the little monkey laugh, cos he does do little laughs now, and eat lots of food. I made a mint flavor cake and a marble cake today, and I go for walks and chill out when the monkey is sleeping.

I also read an article today which was hella funny, apparently, moose and elk in Sweden get drunk on fermenting apples... and get stuck in apple trees!

Completely off topic

Nothing to update on the site so just going to post off topic, maybe a few more 1 liners and life in general. things going on in the world at the moment = *coming up to the anniversary of 9/11 *something happening with gdafi, I don't understand it all properly tbh but something def going on I guess thats the main news, nothing nice in the world to report... unless you go deeper into peoples lives like, I heard Amanda Holden is pregnant again, after what happened to her last time, wish her the best of luck and hope everything goes well and smoothly! andddddd in my life, good things that are happening, going to be spending a week staying at my wonderful mum's house with my little boy whilst the hubby is out galavanting with some of his old friends that he hasnt seen for several years, bless him he is very excited and I am as well looking forwards to having a week away from the hub and with the mama, will be nice. I wonder what is going good in other peoples lives, when you hear about good things can give you a warm fuzzy feeling inside with happiness for other people, share your stories if you got any nice ones..... and finally it definitelt time for a good joke, I know woman jokes shouldnt make me laugh, being a woman and all.... but they do, I cant help myself, they are just fuuuunny! Why dont women need to wear a watch? - there is a clock on the oven. One night a policewoman pulls over a drunk driver. She politely asks him to step out of his car. He willingly does so. She says, "Anything you say can and will be Held against you." Update

Afternoon people. I have been working this afternoon on my page in my website with all my art on it, redone buttons for each and every piece of art on the page and finally happy with the result. I have also got half way through another new painting, but not going to sell this new one, new one is just for me and hubby at home. I also dressed my little boy in the hubby's shirt and tie, was hilarious! he's such a cutie. Alright, back onto topic, I have also got a photographer that is going to sell photo's through the site so she's going to email me some pictures and as soon I have them I will add a page for her on the site.
